Please review the information below to understand how your order is processed and shipped.
Order Placement & Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation that includes your order number.
If you have artwork you’d like us to use—or if you’d like us to create or modify artwork for you—simply reply to the confirmation email and attach your files.
Shortly thereafter (during business hours), you will receive an email from the Customer Care representative who will be taking personal care of your order. This promotional products expert will:

Make product or decoration suggestions (if applicable)

Confirm production and delivery timelines

Review your artwork for quality and accuracy
Artwork Proofing & Approval Process
Once all details are reviewed, you will receive a digital proof showing your artwork on a mockup of the item(s) you ordered.
You will have the opportunity to:

Approve the proof

Request changes or improvements
Once the artwork is approved, you will receive an order confirmation outlining:

Final quantities
-
Decoration details
-
Production timeline
-
Shipping method
-
Total charges
Important: Charges—including shipping—will not change from what is shown in your order confirmation unless:

Quantity changes
-
Additional imprint colors are added
-
Faster production or shipping is requested
Any changes must be approved by you in advance.
Nothing goes into production without your approval.
Production & Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on:

Product brand and type

Inventory availability

Decoration method (screen print, embroidery, etc.)

Standard Production Timeline

Orders decorated with new logos typically ship within 10–12 business days after artwork approval.

Transit time is added after the order ships and varies by shipping method and destination.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Rush Processing & Expedited Shipping
Rush Processing options may be available depending on the product and decoration method.

Rush availability must be confirmed by our team prior to order placement

Rush Processing incurs an additional fee

No proof will be provided for Rush orders

Rush Processing guarantees a specific ship date

Expedited shipping must be purchased in conjunction with Rush Processing

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on your order requirements and delivery timeline. Estimated delivery dates are provided once production is complete and your order ships.

Minimum Orders & Setup Fees

No minimum order quantity for most products

Orders of fewer than 24 items require a $25–$50 artwork setup fee

This is a one-time fee

The fee is not charged again on future orders using the same logo
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MyBrandedMerch.com is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
